In today’s world we are so heavily programmed we live in routines. Such as a morning routine: shower, coffee, email, work… Robotically you move through your day and night.
Reset
You start by being aware it’s time for a reset. Take deep breaths in quieting your thoughts. Focused breathing brings awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and actions. It’s a practice.
Rethink
Humans think in thought loops. Are your thought loops delivering what you want? If not, it’s time to think differently.

Relearn
Four Steps to Relearning:
1. Awareness
2. Breathe
3. Discernment
4. Practice
You learn to stop reacting by becoming aware of old thought loops. Then you breathe in clarity and respond consciously to a new world view. It takes practice!
Remember
Your brain has a default mode and will return to old thought loops. Bring your mind back to the four steps. Become aware of your thoughts, breathe deeply, which brings clarity to use your discernment. For best results practice daily as your body and mind slow down they create chemical reactions making you feel good and ready to respond to life.
